Huvepharma® launched its extensive product range in Côte d'Ivoire by hosting two informative symposia covering biosecurity and gut health.
The team in Côte d'Ivoire, Dr. Jean François Adje and Amadou Sangare organized two symposia on 29 and 30 April 2019 to promote Huvepharma®'s products.
The first symposium focused on biosecurity in hatcheries and promoted Huvepharma®'s extensive hygiene range.
Albert Ichakou and Sidi Traore, Huvepharma® agents in Cameroon and Mali respectively also joined the event to bring their expertise in the field of biosecurity. More than 30 people were present at the event.
The main event took place on the second day with a symposium about intestinal health in poultry. Technical lectures were given on three topics:
- Histopathology of avian enteritis by Pr. Y. Kane from Dakar Vet School
- Necrotic enteritis by Dr. A. Ichakou
- Coccidiosis prevention and treatment by Dr. K. Lorphelin
The meetings allowed Huvepharma® to introduce itself to the local market, presenting commercial solutions for managing intestinal disorders. Over 140 vets and representatives from key players in the poultry industry in Côte d'Ivoire were in attendance.
